Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef, you will support the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across all pastry preparations. You will assist in supervising the pastry team, coordinating mise en place, and contributing to the production of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items for restaurants, banquets, in-room dining, and special events. You will help maintain food safety and hygiene standards, control food costs, and support menu development through creativity and innovation, while upholding Four Seasons culinary excellence. You will also play an active role in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment, and ensuring smooth communication between the pastry kitchen and other departments.

Requirements:
One + years of experience in a pastry kitchen within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment is considered an asset
Solid technical pastry skills and knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for training and development
Attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to culinary excellence
