Job Description:

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring across Group UK. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with TA Business Partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with TA Business Partners to understand hiring needs and source suitable profiles across Group UK
  • Ensure job intake forms, descriptions, and postings meet established standards before initiating sourcing
  • Utilise diverse sourcing channels to attract talent across various levels and skill sets
  • Conduct live sourcing sessions to provide stakeholders with insights into the talent landscape
  • Screen candidates and serve as the first point of contact, collecting necessary information for progression
  • Maintain conversion SLAs, achieve diversity sourcing targets, and adhere to internal sourcing metrics
  • Keep candidate databases updated on ATS and other recruitment tools
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects, events, and fairs
  • Proactively build pre-qualified talent pools for current and future roles
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and stay updated on industry trends
  • Mentor new sourcing specialists and support team operations during peak periods
  • Track and report on self-sourcing success metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Boolean search logic and sourcing techniques
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
