Job Description:

Join our dynamic recruitment team at OMNIC as a Junior Sourcer and help us reshape the future of logistics, retail, and HoReCa with innovative solutions. Your role is vital in attracting qualified candidates and reducing our dependency on external agencies, all while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Actively source candidates using various platforms including job boards and social networks
Manage the candidate pipeline effectively, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Maintain open communication with candidates throughout their journey
Deliver qualified leads by optimizing the sourcing funnel
Evaluate candidate relevancy with speed and accuracy
Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to find top talent

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing, preferably in a recruitment setting
Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards
Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain candidate relationships
Experience working in a freelance or consultant role is preferred
Willingness to embrace a remote work environment and collaborate with team members
