We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sommelier to join our front-of-house team — someone eager to develop their wine knowledge, support the Sommelier team, and help deliver a thoughtful, engaging guest experience. Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Sommelier team during service
Assisting guests with wine recommendations and pairings
Serving wine confidently and correctly to brand standards
Learning the wine list, producers, and styles in depth
Supporting stock organisation, cellar management, and glassware care
Working closely with the restaurant and bar teams to deliver seamless service
Taking part in tastings, training, and development sessions
Requirements:
A genuine passion for wine and hospitality
Some wine knowledge or qualifications (WSET a plus, not essential)
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Confidence communicating with guests and team members
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn
