Provide day-to-day low level system support for core business systems including GeneticIQ, NetSuite, Power BI, PeopleHR and other business-related software
Act as the first point of contact for system-related support queries. Logging tickets on users behalf on service portal Halo
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
Maintain system data integrity
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing
Create and maintain system documentation
Support onboarding and training for users
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Manage user access and permissions
Support reporting and data extraction
Administration activities within system-related projects
Requirements
Experience ideally in a Systems Support or admin role
Awareness of systems and relation databases
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
