Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day low level system support for core business systems including GeneticIQ, NetSuite, Power BI, PeopleHR and other business-related software
  • Act as the first point of contact for system-related support queries. Logging tickets on users behalf on service portal Halo
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
  • Maintain system data integrity
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Support onboarding and training for users
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Support reporting and data extraction
