Job Description:

We are seeking a software engineer eager to make a meaningful impact while quickly learning our systems. As a key member of the Systems Development Team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of internal web applications and third-party integrations through full-stack development. The Systems Development Team enhances company operations by developing in-house web applications and integrating third-party APIs to automate processes and empower our sales and operations teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the development team to efficiently address tasks, ranging from small bug fixes to larger feature implementations
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, following best practices for readability and scalability
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and contribute to refining them into practical software solutions
  • Continuously learn and improve, applying feedback from code reviews and team discussions
  • Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure system reliability and performance

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Perl, or desire to work in Perl (if you know Mojolicious, even better!)
  • JavaScript
  • SQL (MariaDB)
  • Vue.js (or another modern framework)
  • HTML/CSS
  • Linux comfortability
