Junior Software Engineer/ Full Stack (all genders)

• You'll develop and test features, which are deployed to production and create value for customer
• You'll improve the team's developer experience, by automating repetitive tasks or improving test coverage
• You mainly work on extending existing software components by implementing small features and bug fixes for existing functionality

• You have an academic degree in computer science or a comparable field
• You have a min of 1 year experiences with a JVM based language like Java/ Kotlin or having experiences with Typescript/ Javascript
• Knowledge of the Spring Boot, KTOR, React frameworks are a plus
• You understand business value for the customers or teams
• You focus on learning good practices, software design, and engineering methodology fundamentals
• You aim to constantly understand the real-time behavior of functionality that you have written and deployed to production with the help of your peers
• You explain the thinking process and solutions clearly in team discussions to your peers
• You apply structured ways to decompose and solve simple problems, which have been well-defined by others
