Job Description:

We are recruiting a Senior Software Engineer for a company whose core business is providing a multi-issuer, multi-product platform for structured products and annuities. The ideal candidate will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. A strong focus on test coverage, CI/CD best practices, and production support is essential. Given our decentralized team structure, the ability to work eGectively across multiple time zones is required.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements
Optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience
Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices
Ensure high test coverage and follow CI/CD processes
Provide production support and maintain system reliability
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, architectures, and coding best practices
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience working in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent communication and expectation management skills
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, maintainable code
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment best practices
