Job Responsibility

  • Assist in publishing content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
  • Support in organizing and implementing campaigns, contests, and digital promotions
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, look, and feel across all content
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers to ensure timely asset delivery
  • Monitor daily activity on social channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent manner
  • Escalate complex inquiries or complaints to the senior team
  • Help manage positive engagement with followers and online communities
  • Assist in tracking and collecting data related to reach, engagement, impressions, and growth
  • Prepare basic weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Stay up to date with social media best practices and trends and report relevant findings
  • Maintain content calendars and assist with scheduling using tools like Meta Business Suite
  • Support with organizing and archiving creative assets and post materials
  • Help in executing marketing campaigns in coordination with internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field
  • 0–1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic analytics tools is preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Basic copywriting and caption creation abilities
  • Ability to follow schedules, work under supervision, and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) is a plus
