This role is part of our Creative team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients. Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow. We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to support us helping a massive automotive brand become even more massive, basically. You, alongside your senior, midlevel and junior colleagues, will be responsible for our client’s entire range of social channels. This role will involve content planning, content creation (still and motion), copywriting, publication and channel maintenance. The channel language is English so near native level is required.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting on ongoing campaigns, accounts, and content plans to ensure smooth operations
Execute comprehensive social media plans
Create, plan and publish based on briefings while remaining flexible for unplanned topics
Ideation, Trend research & adaptation
Write engaging copy in English tailored to the target audiences
Edit assets as needed and brief designers
Quality Assurance of designed / edited assets
Storyboards for motion
Work alongside production teams to produce social content (TikTok, Reels, Photos, …)
Oversee post production of short form video
Requirements:
Proven experience in organic social media management, asset creation
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Presenting skills
Familiarity with social media management tools (Emplify, Sprinklr)
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content
Strong organizational skills, even if managing multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends and a can do attitude
Nice to have:
German language skills
