Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Junior SESA Engineer to work on a portfolio of transport projects across the east coast. The company has a history of working on some of the country’s most prestigious, city-shaping rail and infrastructure projects such as Digital Systems, Sydney Metro and many others. You will be afforded the opportunity to work both on delivery and client-side on various rail programs and will receive some of the best training available, working with one of Australia’s most experienced SESA teams. You can be an engineer that focuses particularly on Safety Assurance, Systems Engineering or a combination of both.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Engineering – Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Civil or similar
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role, working primarily on passenger rail projects AROs or Transport operators such as QR, TMR, TfNSW, Sydney Trains, ARTC, MTM etc
  • Prior use of Requirements Management tools such as DOORS Classic or NG
  • Commercial / Consultative acumen – confident in communication
  • Basic understanding of Rail Safety National Law, EN5012x
  • Basic knowledge of principles associated with the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook or iESM Handbook
