We are currently looking for a Junior Service Analyst with Portuguese to join our Sopra Steria team. We do not require experience! Thanks to working with procedures and under the guidance of an experienced trainer, we will help you find your way in the IT world. Training time is individually adapted to your needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receiving and resolving incidents (by ticketing tool) regarding hardware and applications
  • Following instructions when dealing with incidents
  • Communicating with users in Portuguese and English
  • Escalating more complex problems to the 2nd line of support
  • Collaborating with other technical teams

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Portuguese and English at least at B2 level
  • Willingness to develop IT skills
  • Well-motivated team player with communication skills
  • Working according to the procedures
