Joining this team means that you will become part of our EMEA SEO team that spans a number of offices across Europe. Our EMEA SEO team, which consists of 40+ specialists, empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with experienced consultants and learn all about on page and off page SEO, as well as GEO projects from start to finish
Learn to create short- and long-term SEO and GEO strategies based on data and with the help of multiple tools
Gain hands-on experience with technical website analysis, keyword research, and building SEO content strategies
Be comfortable with the idea of presenting advice and learning how to persuade clients to follow recommendations over time
Work on recurring tasks such as keyword research and content briefings that ensure stability for clients and allow continuous development of SEO skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on (digital) marketing
At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, ideally from a digital agency or proven success with your own web projects
Excellent command of English (C1+)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and technically curious, while also being independent and communicative
First experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs and/or Semrush
Not afraid of recurring operational SEO tasks (e.g. optimizing titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, fixing crawling errors)
Motivated to learn and grow toward more strategic responsibilities
Enjoy working in an international environment and are motivated to build expertise in SEO, GEO and beyond
