Job Description:

Sopra Steria Bulgaria is launching a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Program. The program includes detailed onboarding, a three-month paid training, hands-on learning in SAP SuccessFactors modules, and an employment contract from day one. After the program, the consultant will work on SAP SuccessFactors projects for primarily German customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support experienced consultants in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
  • Apply SAP HR solutions to real-life business scenarios under the supervision of mentors
  • Assist in analyzing customer requirements and learning how to translate them into scalable, system-supported HR solutions
  • Participate in customer workshops, system demonstrations, and configuration activities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and other modules through knowledge sharing
  • Support customers during project and support phases by assisting with system-related questions and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Completed or currently pursuing a degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration/Economics, Human Resource Management, or a comparable education
  • Strong affinity for IT-related topics, system configurations, and working with Human Resource systems
  • Basic understanding of human resources processes and workflows within organizations
  • Excellent English and German language skills

Nice to have:

  • Initial experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Initial experience in Human Resource functions through internships or working student roles
