LeverX is looking for motivated university graduates and early-career professionals who want to start their career in IT consulting and business development. In this role, you will support SAP projects and pre-sales activities, learn how international IT consulting works, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise business solutions used by global companies. You will work closely with experienced consultants and mentors, with a clear career path toward Sales & Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support SAP pre-sales and implementation projects for clients in Latvia
  • Assist in analyzing and documenting business requirements from customers
  • Help prepare solution proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Participate in testing SAP solutions and validating business scenarios
  • Support user training sessions and preparation of project documentation
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers during project delivery

Requirements:

  • University degree or final-year student in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Interest in business processes, enterprise systems, and digital transformation
  • Motivation to learn SAP solutions and consulting practices
  • Fluency in English and Latvian
