Job Responsibility:
Daily Logistics & Delivery Management: Manage daily delivery schedules and confirm dispatches with suppliers
Provide customers with accurate and timely delivery updates
Support in resolving supply or delivery challenges
Outreach & Cold Calling: Conduct a minimum of 4 hours of outbound cold calling each day, targeting contractors and construction sites
Maintain accurate activity records and schedule follow-up calls
Road Sales & Site Introductions: Visit multiple sites to introduce the company's products and services
Build strong working relationships with key decision-makers across the sector
Office Sales & Relationship Management: Attend customer offices with samples and branded marketing materials
Strengthen existing relationships and identify new sales opportunities
Ad Hoc Office Duties & Professional Development: Develop knowledge of products, pricing structures, and supplier networks
Shadow senior team members to support career progression
Requirements:
1-3 years' sales experience (construction industry background is advantageous)
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
A full UK driving licence is essential
Comfortable working within a small, rapidly developing team
Highly driven, ambitious, and able to meet targets consistently
