Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
Organize and get opportunities for product demonstrations and provide first-level technical support
Understand customer needs and position products and services effectively
Maintain a strong, balanced sales pipeline to achieve targets
Negotiate pricing to maximize value and minimize erosion
Develop and execute account penetration plans
Manage territory effectively and track opportunities using CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions
Represent the company at trade shows and events
Requirements:
University degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
Technical aptitude with consultative selling approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Effective time and territory management
Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
