The Junior Sales Order Administrator will be responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate entry and processing of customer sales orders in the relevant systems and tools.This role will ensure high performance, productive and excellent operational customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Processing sales orders accurately and on time in line with customer SLAs and expectations
Working closely with internal teams (e.g. Purchasing or Customer Executives) to resolve non-standard orders and issues such as margin blocks, credit limits, or export-related requirements
Reviewing customer orders carefully to ensure correct specifications, quantities, pricing, and other relevant details before processing
Managing returns, credit requests, and handling order or invoice-related queries in a timely and efficient manner
Keeping knowledge of internal systems and tools up to date to ensure smooth order management
Collaborating regularly with internal teams to gather the necessary information for sales order processing
Selecting the appropriate delivery options, configurations, and additional services based on customer requirements
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations and/or a Customer Service environment
a good command of spoken and written English AND French or German
knowledge of MS office (especially Excel) and SAP
strong orientation toward customer service with exceptional communication skills
