We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join a professional services environment. This office-based role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in sales or customer engagement who are confident in handling client communications, managing renewals, and supporting business growth through relationship management and service promotion.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with existing clients to manage and confirm service renewals
Prepare and share renewal quotations accurately and within deadlines
Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding to inquiries and ensuring a smooth renewal process
Update and maintain accurate client renewal records within internal systems
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs
Contribute ideas to improve renewal processes, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Support
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
Strong customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to manage internal systems
