We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment to join our APAC Summits business unit as a Junior Sales Executive. Through in-person Summits, we curate matches between buyers and sellers via guaranteed, pre-qualified, mutually agreed one-to-one meetings. We work with world leaders in a variety of industries, including healthcare, legal, pharmaceutical, investments, energy, and packaging. Our client base is comprised of C-level executives from 98% of existing fortune 1000 companies. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying top solution providers in the industry and matching them with the right clients. You’ll engage with senior-level executives, learn about their growth goals, and turn that insight into valuable business opportunities. This role is ideal if you want to start your career in B2B International Sales. A successful candidate will develop into a Senior Account Executive after achieving initial milestones. Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with C-Level audiences, generating leads and prospecting over the phone
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitching and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Create and execute strategic sales campaigns
  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interest in sales and a good acumen for commercial thinking
  • Confident, outgoing, and resilient personality
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Good time management and organizational abilities
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
