Job Description:

As a Junior Sales Engineer at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships. You’ll understand their individual needs, provide them tailored IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the excellent service clients expect from Sopra Steria. Staying informed of industry trends, managing timelines, and answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge will be your day-to-day job as a Junior Sales Engineer. You’re mindful of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while building long term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and business success.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships
Understanding individual client needs and providing tailored IT solutions
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service
Staying informed of industry trends
Managing timelines
Answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge
Upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:

Beginner profile or previous experience as engineer or sales representative
Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative and strategic thinker
Technological knowledge
Service orientation
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail-oriented
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Languages: Proficiency in English + French is required
