Job Responsibility:

  • Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable educational programs
  • Accurately update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Manage the full customer journey—from first contact to program booking
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Service team

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fast learner who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments
