Job Description:

NewStore is looking for a detail-oriented, organized junior Sales Analyst to support our growing sales team. This is a contract internship role that sits at the heart of the sales engine, keeping deals moving, proposals sharp, and processes tight. You will not be customer-facing, but your work will have a direct impact on every deal we close.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the RFP response process, track deadlines, assign sections, and keep the team on schedule
  • Coordinate cross-functional input from sales, product, and legal for RFP responses
  • Create polished pricing proposal documents from sales pitch materials and deal parameters
  • Maintain a library of reusable RFP content, boilerplate responses, and approved language
  • Build and update prospect pitch decks, one-pagers, and tailored presentation materials
  • Maintain and organize the sales asset library (case studies, battle cards, ROI templates)
  • Support multiple Account Executives and Sales Engineers simultaneously with timely turnarounds on time-sensitive requests
  • Conduct prospect brand research to inform pitch customization and executive briefings
  • Monitor competitive landscape, pricing changes, product launches, and positioning shifts and keep internal intel current
  • Compile win/loss data and package insights the team can actually act on
  • Manage the deal desk process end-to-end: routing approvals, tracking deal exceptions, and ensuring nothing stalls in a queue
  • Coordinate contract redlining workflows, routing agreements through legal, tracking versions, and managing signature processes via DocuSign or equivalent
  • Ensure new won opportunities are properly onboarded into internal systems and the right teams are looped in before handoff to Customer Success

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Business, Marketing, Sales or eCommerce
  • Obsessively organized
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Tool fluency: Comfortable working across multiple tools (Google Workspace, DocuSign), or a fast learner on new platforms
  • AI-savvy: Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to create automated workflows
  • Multi-tasker: Able to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • Curious: Genuinely curious about B2B SaaS, retail technology, or enterprise sales cycles

Nice to have:

  • Sales support experience: Prior experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role
  • Retail/eCommerce knowledge: Familiarity with retail, eCommerce or POS technologies
  • Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Contract management: Exposure to contract management or legal routing workflows
  • Industry interest: Interest in retail, fashion, or omnichannel commerce
What we offer:
  • Generous PTO and R&R
  • Professional Growth: dedicated personal development budget and a learning-centric environment
  • Flexible Work Options: option to work remotely
  • Balanced Work-Life: life-friendly working hours
  • Financial Rewards: employee stock options and a quarterly bonus based on company performance
