Job Description:

As a Junior Sales Admin, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the sales team’s day-to-day functions, ensuring timely coordination, accuracy in reporting, and seamless communication.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist in managing email correspondences and follow-ups
  • Handle phone inquiries and redirect calls where necessary
  • Ensure accurate data entry in systems for products, serial numbers, and pricing
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP system is an added advantage
