Job Description:

Wissen Technology is looking for a talented RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere) to join our dynamic automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and drive innovation across business functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and Development: Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility
  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360)
  • Document detailed processes, technical specifications, and test plans
  • Ensure automation solutions align with business objectives and meet required performance standards
  • Implementation & Maintenance: Deploy RPA bots in production and manage their performance
  • Regularly update and maintain bots, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth operation
  • Optimize bot performance for maximum efficiency and scalability
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver on-time automation projects
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure the seamless adoption of automated solutions
  • Communicate project status, progress, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders effectively
  • Innovation & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in RPA and Automation Anywhere technologies
  • Continuously explore new automation tools and techniques, including IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) or IQBot for automating document-based processes
  • Implement innovative solutions that drive process automation efficiency across business functions

Requirements:

  • Automation Anywhere A360: Expertise in developing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, with a focus on A360
  • IDP/IQBot: Experience using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or IQBot for automating document-based workflows
  • SQL: Solid SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or VB Script
  • Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships

Nice to have:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges effectively
  • Ability to analyze business processes and design optimized automated workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
