Job Description

Junior Documentalist / Reporting Analyst Working as a team member under the responsibility of a dedicated team leader based in Warsaw. Relations with the data-stewards, the Research department and the Data department based in France.

Job Responsibility

  • Press research and entry of information on rentals and sales of office, retail, logistics and industrial buildings on the French real estate market
  • Research and registration of the land registry for the property database

Requirements

  • Strong command of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and information management tools specific to commercial real estate
  • Degree or training in data management preferred
  • Very good written and spoken French required (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Curiosity about real estate markets and transactions
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and dynamic approach

Nice to have

  • Expertise in database management, data verification, and transcription of property transaction information
  • Previous experience as a database manager in service or real estate companies highly advantageous
  • Background supporting commercial real estate rental and sales transaction research

  • Carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews when required
  • Document analysis results and investigation outcomes in internal systems, following established policies and procedures
  • Prepare supporting materials and draft SARs for submission to TRACFIN in collaboration with French MLROs
  • Maintain customer records and produce summary assessments and recommendations
  • Manage highly confidential client information in compliance with legal and internal requirements
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of KYC/AML processes and regulatory monitoring
  • Participate in quality control activities to identify trends and areas for process enhancement
