Job Responsibility:

  • Processing of move requests and Global Mobility related queries from P&C system (start, during, end) including validation of data
  • Assignee profile set up in Global Mobility system
  • Responsible for shared mailboxes
  • Data maintenance in Global Mobility system specific to role
  • Assignee vacation information computation
  • Ad hoc reporting and admin activities
  • Coordination with data provider on database updates
  • Market specific process support (upload documentation for immigration requirements)
  • Cyclical relocation benefits reporting for specific markets in-scope (GPM, allowance reporting)
  • Process financial transactions in-scope of relocation support provided by Global Mobility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating reports and working with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, preparing clear visualizations, and supporting mobility operations through accurate documentation
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with AI tools and Microsoft Copilot agents is a plus
