Job Description:

As a Junior/Regular Data Team Assistant, you will be responsible for support the ensuring of the quality, consistency, and governance of product data within the organization. You will act as a key link between business and IT, supporting PIM (Product Information Management) initiatives and safeguarding data accuracy across systems and regions.This role requires a detail-oriented, structured mindset and a strong sense of ownership over data-similar to the precision and discipline found in accounting or data control functions. The PIM CoE team is responsible for the strategy, implementation and roll-out of various PIM projects, focused on standardizing product information across multiple digital platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support new projects and local teams during PIM implementations
  • Maintain product data by accurately entering information into the Product Information Management (PIM) system, e.g. enrichment data, classifying products and setting publication triggers
  • Support data governance through execution and analysis of system reports
  • Assist during project roll-outs by correcting / adding data throughout the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
  • Participate in process development and documentation to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or currently studying in a relevant field (Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field)
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • additional languages are an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize work efficiently and communicate clearly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus
  • Comfortable sharing knowledge and supporting new users
  • Located in Wrocław is an asset
