Job Description:

As a Junior Recruitment & Selection Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out the complete recruitment and selection cycle for vacancies at various levels, within the scope and the scope and routines established within the RPO program. Aiming to make the Talent Acquisition area a structure with well-defined processes and R&S intelligence in its entirety

Job Responsibility:

Execute the entire recruitment process, from the alignment of vacancies with the manager to the conclusion of the process with the offer accepted by the candidate: Through control and monitoring methodologies
Supporting the improvement of the client's R&S strategies: By presenting new concepts in an innovative way
Increasing internal customer satisfaction (Hiring Manager): By organizing and planning structured selection processes
Increasing candidate satisfaction: By structuring selection processes with constant communication and feedback
Preserving the client's employer brand: Through Employer Branding actions and a selection process that is in line with the company's values

Requirements:

Higher education: Open (currently studying)
1 year experience in recruitment
Computer skills (Office Package: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook): Knowledge
Experience with Recruitment & Selection: 1 years experience
