Job Responsibility

  • Update and maintain the internal database of CV’s, pool of potentially suitable profiles
  • Supply recruiting and search services according to the Management requirements and in line with the human resources planning
  • Local Recruitment (raising recruitment request form, vacancy announcement, administration of applications, determination of applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements etc. through to position close-out in compliance with Recruitment Procedure)
  • Collaborate in preparation of the contractual and salary offers to candidates, in accordance with the other HR processes and procedures (contracts, compensation, development
  • Arrange for pre-employment medical check-ups and collect necessary pre-employment documentation package to pass on to Payroll Function
  • International Mobilisation (follow-up of the mobilisation process)
  • Prepare Roles and Responsibilities of the employees
  • Update and maintain Personnel List of the Company
  • Archiving, database update with pre-employment documents
  • Onboarding/mobilization/demobilization notice to the concerned parties
  • Ensure consistent application of guidelines, policies and procedures related to human resources
  • Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Oil & Gas industry
  • English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong Azerbaijani & English language proficiency and high-level computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel etc
