Junior Recruitment Consultant

• Source and engage with candidates in the legal sector, including paralegals, trainee solicitors and qualified lawyers
• Support client recruitment needs from the initial search to interview coordination
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients
• Act as a point of contact for administration tasks
• Administer Accutrainee’s recruitment cycle in collaboration with the team
• Screen candidate applications and conduct interviews
• Assist the HR team with onboarding, new starter processes, induction programmes and candidate engagement
• Attend recruitment events and maintain relationships with universities and career hubs
• Work closely with a friendly and supportive team while receiving training, mentoring and hands-on experience

• Someone who communicates clearly, confidently and professionally
