Junior Recruitment Consultant role supporting award-winning consultants in a fast-paced recruitment environment. The position involves candidate engagement, client liaison, administrative support, and marketing activities within an inclusive, high-energy team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Candidate engagement - sourcing, screening, and managing relationships
Conducting initial interviews to assess suitability
Liaising with clients to understand their hiring needs and match candidates
Administrative support - compliance, pre-employment checks, and database management
Marketing & creativity - assisting with campaigns and candidate attraction strategies
Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish
