Job Description:

Your role will focus on networking with students, interviewing them, understanding their key drivers and motivations and becoming an expert in graduate recruitment. You'll learn the recruitment lifecycle, perfecting your skills not just on day one but throughout your career with us in our market-leading training programme, the Kernel Academy. You'll develop commercial, meaningful relationships with our client base and, in time, build a client network of your own through consultative business development. You'll identify and attract market-leading talent through delivering research projects and surveys, building market maps, analysing and reporting market trends, and working on the creation of value-added ED&I events.
