Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant to support our growing UK and international recruitment accounts. This is an entry-level, commercially focused role offering structured training, clear progression, and hands-on exposure to international recruitment projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with sales or customer-facing experience who enjoys working to targets, building professional relationships, and developing commercial skills in a fast-paced environment. No prior recruitment or international experience is required — full training and mentoring are provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support UK and international client accounts alongside senior consultants
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for candidates and clients
  • Help understand client hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions
  • Build professional, long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Source and engage candidates for UK and overseas roles
  • Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews
  • Support offer management and onboarding processes
  • Work on live international recruitment assignments across multiple markets
  • Support account growth through structured outreach and follow-ups
  • Identify opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Learn how recruitment revenue is generated and how accounts are grown
  • Work to clear KPIs with coaching and support
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM and recruitment systems
  • Track activity, pipelines, and recruitment progress
  • Support reporting and administrative tasks linked to live projects

Requirements:

  • Some experience in sales, customer engagement, account support, or recruitment
  • Comfortable working to targets and structured KPIs
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Able to work office-based in Andover during probation

  • Exposure to B2B, professional, or regulated environments
