As a Junior Courier Recruit at JustEat Takeaway.com/Pyszne.pl, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work daily with tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace
  • Create and publish job advertisements on various job portals
  • Oversee payroll and a range of administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with candidates over the phone and can communicate clearly in English
  • Can organize work effectively and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or call centre environments
  • English and German skills at minimum B2/C1 level
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident using computer systems
  • Would like to be part of a friendly, supportive team and enjoy working in a pleasant, welcoming environment

  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
