Job Description:

For our client, a leading global technology company based in Baden (Canton Aargau), we are looking for a dedicated and versatile Junior Real Estate Project Manager. This role combines strategic portfolio management with hands-on oversight of commercial interior construction and workplace operations. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of project administration (analytical thinking, presentation and controlling skills), strong relationship skills, be self-directed, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment while bringing his/her experience and innovative ideas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop relationships with Swiss stakeholders, finance and HR to gather project related requirements and support to the Swiss Project Manager team members in project administration, preparing presentation, gather information, etc.
  • Support the Project Managers in delivering Real Estate and Construction projects and from creation to go live – engaging architects, project managers and contractors including the development of plans and ensure compliance with corporate workplace standards
  • Ensure all contracts and documentation relating to our Real Estate portfolio are compliant and that all obligations under those agreements are met
  • Deliver fit-out projects from creation to go live – engaging architects, project managers and contractors including the development of plans and ensure compliance with corporate workplace standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in project management of commercial real estate and construction
  • Experience with managing fit-out, Real Estate Projects and building of several commercial / industrial real estate projects
  • Experience with developing and issuing RFP’s, reviewing construction drawings, submittals and negotiating with vendors
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English

Nice to have:

Italian / Spanish would be an advantage
