As our new Junior Quality Assurance & Control Engineer, you will support the Quality Management team in preventing quality issues and ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements across their lifecycle. Working closely with our Lead QA & QC Engineer, you'll assist with supplier quality, design reviews, and quality planning for new products, while also carrying out inspections and verifying compliance with technical specifications. This includes being hands-on, maintaining high standards of product integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and promoting a strong quality culture through collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and industry best practices within the manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or similar) or equivalent qualification
0–2 years' experience in quality assurance/control or manufacturing environment
Exposure to supplier quality development and new product introduction processes preferred
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma desirable)
Highly capable communicator
Excellent interpersonal skills, used to dealing with a diverse range of people, personalities, and backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and resolving quality issues
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Especially mechanical parts, wiring and electronics
Proficient in using measurement tools and inspection techniques
Basic knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, ISO
Experience with electronics and wiring (PCBA/ harnesses)
Competent in MS Office
experience with ERP or quality systems is a plus
Nice to have:
Exposure to supplier quality development and new product introduction processes
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma desirable)
Experience with ERP or quality systems
