Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service
Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties
Addressing maintenance issues
Chasing rental arrears
Negotiating deposit returns and disputes
Requirements:
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
You have strong organisational and time-management abilities
You demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving approach
You possess excellent customer service skills
