The team are known for providing outstanding customer service and building strong partnerships with clients daily.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Address maintenance issues
  • Chase rental arrears
  • Negotiate deposit returns and disputes

Requirements

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • You have strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • You demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving approach
  • You possess excellent customer service skills
