Job Description:

Junior Project Manager position in M Renewables team in Milan, part of Italian subsidiary. Opportunity for motivated individual to develop career in renewable energy sector and gain hands-on experience in project management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the Project Manager and wider team in coordinating renewable energy projects from early development to completion
  • Assisting in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
  • Taking part in site visits and surveys to collect information
  • Collaborating with design and engineering teams to review project documentation
  • Helping prepare project budgets, reports, and progress documentation
  • Supporting procurement activities and contract preparation
  • Ensuring activities comply with company QHSE standards
  • Contributing to successful handover of projects to internal O&M team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related field
  • Some previous internship or initial experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing project management skills
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of project management software is an advantage

Nice to have:

  • Previous internship or initial experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy
  • Knowledge of project management software
