Job Description:

Junior Project Manager position in M Renewables team in Milan, part of Italian subsidiary. Opportunity for motivated individual to develop career in renewable energy sector and gain hands-on experience in project management.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the Project Manager and wider team in coordinating renewable energy projects from early development to completion
Assisting in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
Taking part in site visits and surveys to collect information
Collaborating with design and engineering teams to review project documentation
Helping prepare project budgets, reports, and progress documentation
Supporting procurement activities and contract preparation
Ensuring activities comply with company QHSE standards
Contributing to successful handover of projects to internal O&M team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related field
Some previous internship or initial experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning and developing project management skills
Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with MS Office tools
Knowledge of project management software is an advantage
