Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing projects across various domains, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline. Driving meaningful impact through smart, AI-powered product solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
  • Track and measure project performance against KPIs and milestones
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project roadblocks
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charters, reports, and lessons learned
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in project management delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and Waterfall project lifecycle
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams
  • Familiarity with hybrid project management approaches
