Take accountability for the timely and accurate implementation of research and activation projects, following defined methodologies and scopes
Act as a key contact point for internal project service teams and external partners (e.g. recruiters, moderators, freelancers)
Develop a strong understanding of project specifications (background, objectives, approach) and challenge or clarify requirements with the consultant team where needed
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
Collaborate with consultants to improve the research experience for participants and resolve execution issues
Proactively identify potential risks, issues, or execution challenges, and escalate them in a timely manner to the Project Manager, with proposed mitigation options where appropriate
Run final quality checks on online implementations to ensure a smooth participant experience
Support basic budget tracking and cost control
Maintain accurate project documentation and databases
Support project setup and coordination, including aligning recruiters, researchers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Prepare and maintain tracking sheets and respondent databases, ensuring eligibility, quota accuracy, and data completeness
Assist with fieldwork preparation and execution for FGDs and online communities, including documentation, participant profiles, incentives, logistics, and on-site support
Support online community operations, including communication setup and progress coordination
Handle post-project wrap-up and financial administration, including data key-in, database clean-up, incentive payouts, execution fee support, reimbursement documentation, and project archiving
Ensure accurate record-keeping for finance, compliance, and reporting purposes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Languages, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or a related field)
1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or research operations
Fresh graduates are welcome with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to understand research goals and business impact before execution
Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
Good judgment to anticipate potential risks or issues, and the confidence to raise them early and suggest practical mitigation ideas
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with both planning and hands-on execution
Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in fast-paced or on-site research environments
