Job Responsibility
Maintain constant liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team
Rigorously monitor the progress of work to meet established deadlines
Process invoices, create purchase orders, and track construction budgets
Manage technical documentation (plans, specifications, and shop drawings)
Take charge of administrative aspects related to CNESST and CCQ for the sites
Keep compliance registers up to date for all partners (RBQ, insurance)
Collaborate on calls for tenders and the analysis of subcontractor pricing
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on the various sites
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience with a general contractor
Have relevant training (technical or university) in the field of construction
Demonstrate excellent mastery of MS Office suite software, particularly Excel
Be comfortable with modern management tools such as Asana or SharePoint
Show autonomy and a great capacity for problem-solving
Be able to work under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
