As a junior project manager with 2 to 3 years of experience, you will be the central pivot between the construction site, professionals, and the management team. This crucial role consists of ensuring impeccable administrative and technical follow-up to guarantee the success of our large-scale achievements.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain constant liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team
  • Rigorously monitor the progress of work to meet established deadlines
  • Process invoices, create purchase orders, and track construction budgets
  • Manage technical documentation (plans, specifications, and shop drawings)
  • Take charge of administrative aspects related to CNESST and CCQ for the sites
  • Keep compliance registers up to date for all partners (RBQ, insurance)
  • Collaborate on calls for tenders and the analysis of subcontractor pricing
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on the various sites

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience with a general contractor
  • Have relevant training (technical or university) in the field of construction
  • Demonstrate excellent mastery of MS Office suite software, particularly Excel
  • Be comfortable with modern management tools such as Asana or SharePoint
  • Show autonomy and a great capacity for problem-solving
  • Be able to work under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
