Job Description:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events from A to Z. Together with other departments, you will define the way to scale events to all other markets.

Job Responsibility:

Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences
Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies
Work as part of a team, pitching and closing events
Work with the Fever marketing team to ensure events make an impact
Manage, report on, and grow revenue from events
Grow scalable experiences against team targets
Help expand scalable experiences to other cities
Foster and grow the Fever Partner Network
Communicate product needs to HQ
Represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Requirements:

2+ years in a project management role or consulting background
Fluent English and French
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
Great networking skills
Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
Ability to think strategically
Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
Collaborative
Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
Strong academic background is a plus
