Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join a respected consultancy delivering high-quality healthcare construction projects across Hertfordshire. Ideal for a motivated individual with 2+ years' experience looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Coordination and delivery of healthcare construction schemes from inception to completion
Liaise with clients, contractors, and professional teams
Ensure project milestones, health and safety protocols, and contractual obligations are met
Maintain accurate project records using digital management platforms
Support application of internal quality procedures
Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project coordination or similar
Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
Experience in healthcare construction is highly desirable
Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts preferred
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general IT systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence

Nice to have:

Experience in healthcare construction
Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts
