Job Responsibility:
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate tasks and milestones to ensure smooth project execution
Track progress against timelines and deliverables
Support communication between the client, vendors, and internal teams
Facilitate meetings, prepare project reports, and maintain documentation
Provide guidance and support to team members to resolve issues and maintain productivity
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Escalate issues and recommend corrective actions as needed
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational policies
Support audits, reviews, and post-project evaluations
Help track project expenditures and ensure budget adherence
Contribute to procurement planning and resource allocation
Collaborate with project managers to track labor hours and associated costs for ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with cost-plus program requirements
Review and analyze labor reports to identify discrepancies, enhancing overall project efficiency
Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation to facilitate audits and reviews
Assist in the development of budget forecasts and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals
Assist in developing project plans & schedules

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering required
0–2 years of prior related experience (entry-level)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Budget Management, Data Entry & Management
Strong Communication Skills, Attention to Detail
Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance
Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
