Junior Project Manager / PMO / Business Support - Land and Biodiversity Management Team

• Ensure detailed understanding of sites, suppliers, roles & responsibilities and commercial land management arrangements
• Create 'as is' and 'to be' captures of land management arrangements and manage implementation of change plans
• Prepare suitable documentation, including scope and costing spreadsheets and plans of action and roles and responsibilities documentation
• Join meetings, take key actions and issue instructions to suppliers
• Extensive liaison with our outsources delivery partners
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance is always of paramount importance

• Background and/or prior experience within Land Management, biodiversity and/or Landscaping is essential
• Enthusiastic, proactive and with an eye for detail
• Good project manager
• Self motivated and well-organised
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to work within a complex corporate environment and exercise suitable levels of diplomacy

Some experience of safety and environmental compliance would be useful, but not essential
