We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Junior Project Manager/Leader to provide critical project coordination and administrative support within a fast-paced I&IT environment. In this role, you will support Senior Project Managers and Portfolio Leads in the execution of diverse technology projects. You will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, managing essential artefacts, and facilitating seamless communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
Job Responsibility:
Execute day-to-day administrative activities, including tracking action items, managing risk/issue logs, and facilitating the resolution of project blockers
Build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project Online, ensuring all activities are tracked to completion
Create and update project management artefacts such as status reports, scorecard updates, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and executive presentations
Gather and analyze data related to project scope, cost, and scheduling using Excel to support management decision-making
Lead meeting facilitation, ensuring accurate minute creation and timely follow-up on all action items
Partner with cross-functional groups to ensure optimal integration between business requirements and technical solutions
Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy to maintain high delivery standards
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in I&IT project management and coordination
High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience drafting formal briefing notes and project communications
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with experience building reports based on complex cost and schedule data
Professional interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
A proven team player capable of coordinating multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines

Previous experience with Radio technology projects
