Do you have knowledge and direct experience applying all phases (concept, definition, planning, implementation, and closeout) of fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures to a large-scale, complex, high-value projects in order to meet critical timelines? Do you have experience building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cos? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you! Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager/Leader for a 12 month contract in Toronto. This is a hybrid/remote role depending on the hiring manager. Rate: 414-451.98

Job Responsibility

  • Provide support to the project team and Ministry partners to complete and manage all required aspects of the project
  • Work with project team to ensure successful delivery for the Safety Radio Network (PSRN) project

Requirements

  • Knowledge of, and direct experience applying all phases (concept, definition, planning, implementation, and closeout) of fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures to a large-scale, complex, high-value projects in order to meet critical timelines
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Able to succinctly articulate key project information in a politically astute manner
  • Demonstrated experience working on/in public safety radio and/or the telecommunications and / or IT infrastructure field
  • Experience building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost
