We are looking for a Junior Project Manager/Leader to provide essential project coordination and administrative support for a variety of I&IT initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Portfolio Leads to ensure that project activities stay on track, documentation is accurate, and communication flows smoothly between technical and business stakeholders. Job Responsibility:
Project Coordination: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including tracking action items, taking detailed meeting minutes, and facilitating the resolution of project issues and risks
Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project Online, ensuring all milestones and activities are tracked to completion
Artefact Creation: Assist in developing and updating project artefacts such as status reports, scorecard updates, risk/issue logs, briefing notes, and executive presentations
Data Analysis: Use Excel and other analytical tools to gather data and build reports that support decision-making regarding project scope, schedule, and cost
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring optimal integration and clear communication across various groups
Quality Assurance: Review submitted project documentation to ensure it is complete, accurate, and conforms to established standards
Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are captured and followed up on in a timely manner
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in I&IT project management and coordination
High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience drafting formal briefing notes and project communications
Professional interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills with experience performing data analysis to support project decision-making
A proven team player who can work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Radio technology projects is considered a significant asset
